'Madman' caught with human tongue, weapons in Ibadan

A man feigning to be mad was apprehended yesterday along Ring Road in Ibadan town by residents of the area who found human tongue and dangerous weapons on him. Vanguard reports that his evil act was exposed when his hidden blackberry phone suddenly rang in public which aroused suspicion. He was immediately surrounded and searched. They allegedly found the human tongue, a cutlass and axe on him. The mob that gathered had attempted to carry out jungle justice on him but for the timely intervention of the police, who took him away. This incident comes barely four days after the Ibadan house of horror was discovered.
